Unsolicited sales calls to Us - Our time is valuable and we want to dedicate that time to serving our customers instead of taking increasing numbers of calls attempting to sell us advertising space. Due to the huge increase in these unsolicited sales calls we have now put charges in place to cover our time. If you call Exact Image Limited to sell us services, including but not limited to advertising on Facebook, Google, Magazines, Books, Catalogues or other media types you agree to pre-pay a fee of £25 for the first 15 minutes of our time and £75 per hour thereafter, payable by credit or debit card at the start of the call, and prior to any sales pitch being made by you. We will refund this fee if we decide to purchase from you.

Vouchers

Voucher Redemption Terms & Conditions:

1. Vouchers issued by Exact Image Limited can be exchanged for a variety of goods or services provided by Exact Image Limited. Availability of individual goods and services may vary from time to time and not all goods or services will be available on all dates.

2. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. If you need to send a Voucher to a us as part payment we strongly recommend that you use a secure service.

3. The date to which each Voucher is valid is printed on it. The Voucher cannot be used after this date.

4. Vouchers may only be redeemed by the original purchaser or recipient. You may not sell or transfer the voucher to any third party without our written permission and we reserve the right at all times to refuse such permission.

5. The use of all Vouchers will be subject to a minimum order value as set from time to time and additional terms and conditions relating to the selected goods or services will apply.

6. Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers. Where a selected product or service is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher(s), the difference can be made up with cash. If a purchase is for a lower amount, no change can be given. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount tokens, coupons or cards.

7. Exact Image reserves the right to refuse to accept a Voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise it suspects to be affected from fraud.

8. Where Exact Image Limited cancels or withdraws a future service offering reserved using a voucher, any refunds due shall be in the form of replacement Voucher only. No cash alternative will be available.
